The two-piece construction of the trim includes a steel trim flange that eliminates light leaks around the flange and allows it to cover irregular ceiling openings. The surface baffles on the aluminum reflector offer a classic look and break-up the lamp reflection producing a more comfortable light. The integrated friction springs force the trim to fit snugly against the ceiling, providing a secure trim installation and minimizing air leak.
